Entelect is involved in several projects in the Standard Bank Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Risk division.

One of these projects was an application to automate and generate legal documents – Legal Agent – developed and added to the Risk App Store.

Legal Agent’s primary purpose is to handle the automated generation of legal contracts. Above and beyond that the system allows credit, legal and client coordination staff to collaborate on a legal agreement to ensure that the customer’s needs are tailored for.

The system is moving to a phase where any department in the bank will be able to create and manage their own custom legal agreement templates used to generate their required legal agreements.
